Terms and Conditions

  • Standard Service Delviery period is 7 (SEVEN) Days from the date of pickup. Any EXPRESS DELIVERY shall be charged additionally @ 50% of the total bill amount.
  • COIRO reserves the right of approval of items that can be serviced. Any special service request, additional charges shall be applicable.
  • COIRO billing is direct and do not provide any credit facilities.
  • The Service Tariff is subject to change without notice and COIRO reserves the right to it. Government Taxes shall be extra, if (as) applicable.
  • COIRO cannot be held responsible and any compensation for delay, loss or damage to any article/s arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond our control.
  • While every possible care and efforts are taken, COIRO can not be held responsible for fastness of color, shape or shrinkage of your articles and does not guarantee 100% stain removal.
  • COIRO cannot be held responsible for breakage of buttons, hooks, zipper, beads, trimmings etc/ during the course of normal processing.
  • Customers are requested to examine their articles before taking delivery. Any misplacement or short delivery or service related issues should be reported to us immediately upon delivery of your articles for suitable assistance. Over and Beyond, COIRO can not be held responsible for the same.
  • While every effort is made to deliver serviced articles on time, owing to some unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery becomes late, the customer is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in the charges what so ever.
  • It is assumed that customer has consented to receive transaction and promotion SMS/WhatsApp Messages from COIRO on their registered mobile number.
